Posisi awal adalah Ken-Kamae. Dimulai dan diakhiri dengan Ken-Hanmi. Jo menyentuh pungung sebelum menyerang. Jo berhenti lurus di depan pusar. Kaki bergerak lebih cepat daripada Jo. Initial position is Ken-Kamae. Start and end with Ken-Hanmi. Jo touches the back before attacking. Jo stops straight in front of the belly button. The feet move faster than the Jo.
