Uchi Kata - Shomen Uchi

Gerakan serangan Shomen Uchi adalah lurus vertikal. Gunakan pisau tangan untuk menyerang. Tangan serangan dimulai dari atas kepala. Tangan serangan berhenti di depan pusar. Shomen Uchi movement is vertical straight attack. Use the knife hand to attack. Attacking hand starts above the head. Attacking hand ends in front of the belly button.

Koho Ukemi - Start From Sitting Position

Gunakan matras atau karpet bagi yang memiliki. Hati-hati dalam latihan jatuh. Dimulai dalam posisi duduk. Dagu selalu menyentuh dada. Kepala bagian belakang tidak boleh menyentuh lantai atau matras. Use you matress or carpet if you have it. Be very careful training the Ukemi. Start from sitting position. The chin always touch the chest. The back of the head may never tough the ground or matress.
